Silver Tequilas:
Usually pot distilled and placed in stainless steel to settle
and into the bottle in a few weeks
Reposado Tequilas:
Spends a few months in oak barrels, which results in
a more mellow, less fruity flavor than the silver
Anejo Tequilas:
Require a minimum of one year aging in wooden barrels. The
result is a richer tequila. Many prefer to sip aged tequila
